Jim is one of the worlds best 49er coach. He brought his 49er FX team to win silver in Rio de Janeiro, and moved to train several young 49er teams after this. He brought the young kiwis from no ranking to top 10 in the World ! He started training Sébastien and Lucien in spring 2019.
